I have had a couple requests to post some courteous reminders here regarding the association rules regarding pets.
1) Dogs are required to be kept on a leash or carried while inside the building and are only to use the freight elevator.
2) The only area to exercise your pets is in the strip to the East of the back parking lot. Not the corner of grass by the ramp and not anywhere around the bbq area or pond. Even if you pick up after your pet, the non-pet owners appreciate knowing they can safely walk/sit in that area
I believe the board has discussed imposing fines – I am not sure about that. Hopefully it doesn’t need to come to that.

Regarding the pet exercise area- I’m not sure why owners would be concerned with dogs using the corner space next to the garage. There is plenty of other green space to sit in the grass if you are concerned with pet waste. That is the closest place for your dog to go and although I do use the dog run to the east I do understand that when your dog or puppy hits the fresh air the need to go comes quickly.
Thank you for understanding.

Yes, I cant imagine anybody sitting on that corner of grass by the parking ramp when there is so much other nice green space
The message had to do with the winter time when the back steps area and that corner are, well, not quite a “white winter wonderland”…

I have NEVER EVER seen anyone sitting on the corner of the grass however I do think people need to be held accountable for their dog. The pet area given is so small they should either make a bigger area or not allow dogs.
